Invalid token in contact form

  • Hi,

    I'm using Contact Form Generator on my Wordpress-Website www.engelfotografie.eu.
    Since a few weeks the contact form does not work any longer. It says 'invalid token'.
    What is wrong?

  • Hi,

    You need to set the Check Token option to No. CFG->Forms->Your Form->Check Token.

  • Hello Simon!

    I have invalid token error too. I search the "check token" settings but i can't see on /form page.

    My form allways work on my computer, but other machines you often see the problem. (when it is good and sometimes it is not)

    (I first try free version, and uninstall. After buy personal version, but that was not enough. Now use PRO version and i install PRO without personal uninstall)

  • If you use Contact Form Generator, you will see the check token option in the list of form options.
    Set it to No.

  • Hello,
    I switched my 'check token' to no and the CCF is still stating 'invalid token'. any suggestions?
