File upload not working

Creative Contact Form is a responsive jQuery contact form with amazing visual effects.

  • When a create a field of type "file upload", on the page it became the tipe of the field before him.

    If the previous field is a "text field" the field with type "file upload", if the previous filed is a "select" the field became "select" and so on... even if a create multiple file upload fields.

    This form has 4 field:
    1) Text field
    2) Select
    3) File upload
    3) File upload

    The field 3 and 4 use the type of 2nd field.

    Please try deleting the last 2 fields, and try creating a new one with file type UPLOAD.

  • Done, but unfortunatly id doesn't worked.

    I deleted the last two fields and added a new file upload field (named "new file upload"). In admin panel it has the correct type "File Upload" but in the frontend it takes the type of field before him.

    Maybe the problem coming from the template? (Enfold from Kriesi)

    This is unknown issue.
    I don't think template can change something rather than styling but you can try.

  • Ok, i tried some classic themes (es: TwentySeventeen or simila) and i can confirm that the issue is not related to the theme.

    Maybe the wordpress version? (4.7.3)
