  • Oh really? Well that is...unusual.
    When you say not fully tested, have any tests been done at all? If so, have you encountered the Server Error message and been able to implement a fix? Given many users navigate using mobile phones this seems like it should be a addressed ASAP.

    Perhaps in the short term you could provide steps on how to change the "server error" message into a "please use desktop" message?

    We are very sorry that you experience this!
    Please grant us temporary admin access to your platform and we will try to solve this.

    The problem with mobiles and tablets is the appearance of CCF, not its functions. So if you receive Server Error message it means that something is not normal and should be fixed.

    Please send details to info@creative-solutions.net and mark Server error in subject!

  • Levon, I think you may be confusing me with someone else. I 100% have sent you an email, which you received as you accessed my site a couple of weeks ago (!) using the details I provided within the email. You even sent a test email during your attempt to find a solution to the form not working on mobile, which still remains unresolved.

    I'll resend in case you've since lost the initial email.

    I've just send 2 test emails one from iphone and one from PC. Both were submitted without server error.
    Please, let me know from which device exactly (and browser) you test.

    We are sorry to tell that we cannot solve the problem with iphone 4.
    As you know it uses an old outdated software and this can be a problem... Our test was done with iphone 5 which is the oldest iphone which is still supported by apple.

    You can try with any other computer or iphone (min 5) and you will see that there is no such error.
